Moving into Forrest Terrace was a very good choice. And the time I lived there well bill and ester were on site management it was a great place to live. I’d say almost immediately as they retired the place sadly went down hill fast. There is really no manager except Cathy who does not live there she flys in and out though. There seems to be a spy in each building that makes regular reports to the office. They do nothing in your unit but still jack the rent every year. They doubled parking fees
