Horrible experience. i showed a picture for a design and they gave me the complete opposite. absolutely horrible. jack offered to fix them if i came in the next day but charged me 10$ more.

HORRIBLE customer service, did not clean their tools, doesn’t deserve 1 star. The owner did my nails. Started talking angrily in Chinese to coworkers after I mentioned a nail looked uneven, made me so uncomfortable and actually cut me. When I said I didn’t want my nails done anymore because they were bleeding he proceeded to tell me I could either pay full price or get them removed. I was crying he made me so uncomfortable. WORST experience, will not be returning and advise anyone not to go here

I have always had good service here. Whether drop-in or by appointment, they're willing to accommodate. They office complete service in a friendly manner and relaxed atmosphere.

Horrible experience and the worst customer service. Jack used the same tools on me as other customers and I now have an infection. The salon is disgusting and dirty as well.

Awful

My experience was nothing more than an awful one. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was an inconvenience. I had phoned a week ago and asked if I could make an appointment for 2 oclock for the following week. The man on the phone was very unfriendly (which should have given me the hint). So when I arrived I was surprised to find I had to wait for 20 minutes (thinking I had reserved a spot) while other customers who arrived after me, were allowed to go infront of me. When i finally got service, my one nail was clipped to close to the cuticle and was sore for a few days, and they looked dusty after the gel dried. I was very disappointed. I will never come back.
