We went through Ron to purchase our first commercial building. He gave us an unrealistic 2 WEEK timeline for the deal to go through & requested a 10k deposit. We refused the 10k deposit but he assured us we’d get our money back if the deal fell through. Unfortunately the deal did fall through, not only did we lose our 10k deposit, we are now on the hook for an additional 20k. He’s unprofessional, untrustworthy, he’ll rush you, yell at you and lie. Save yourself the headache and $ & go elsewhere!
