Initially Jack seemed to be great, we went over the project but in the end many things were not done discussed. They had to be redone. He complained about "this job" that he didn't make any money. Well if he got it right the first time, things might have been different. His son and another guy did a lot of the work, he was not on sight, perhaps this was the problem. He did some electrical work which was unsafe that had to be redone by a qualified electrician, he was working out of realm.
Jack is amazing! We are in the middle of him building our second floor at the office! Him and his crew are superfriendly are work so hard! They are superflexible working around our odd work schedual! So far everything looks amazing and i belive we are ahead of schedual!
TERRIBLE PERSON TO DEAL WITH
Although he might seem like the nicest guy at first, he is not at all that NICE when you get to deal with him.
The first week was OK then after that everything started to go downhill, as he would only show up by himself to work without any help trying to finish the job ON HIS OWN.
Not even a year later everything he did started to come apart when it was suppose to be a commercial quality that should last a long time.
Was paid upfront but never did finish the job, we had to hire other contractors and go through an additional expense to try and find someone else that could finish what he had started, but the thing is no one will take responsibility for it due to the bad quality done.
BE CAREFUL WHEN HIRING HIM
in 30 years of business you run across lots of different clients , most are very good but once in a while you run across people that are just out to take advantage of others , Pink Lime is one of these

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK TOO!
Jack came to discuss and review plans for a deck I had been dreaming to build. I had several other companies come and leave quotes and tell me that my deck could not be built the way I wanted it. Jack came over, looked at my very unprofessional hand drawn design and said he would let me know on cost etc. He came over to my house the next morning, with a quote that was 1/3 less than the other companies, and said he could build my deck! He started the next morning, with 3 helpers, and they had the deck built to perfection in less than a week! Not only did he do an incredible job with the deck, but I was renovating inside the house, and Jack even came in and checked up on me and helped with some of the stuff I was doing!
On top of the deck, he was patient with my sudden additions that I asked him to build, plus he came up with a FANTASTIC idea for hiding my cement sidewalk to blend in more with naturalist looking yard.
Jack also does iron work, and is very artistic and creative - hence his ability to see my vision of how I wanted the deck :)
Very respectful, skilled, customer focussed service that I have not found anywhere else. I would only call Jack for any of my contract needs!
