He books an appointment with me for noon, shows up at 10:30, and is angry that I was leaving for an appointment. Won't be coming back to do the work at noon! Love the professionalism by this company, NOT. That's ok, there's other plumbers in town! A little angry because you don't know how to manage your time, that's on you.
