I declined insura...

I declined insurance when I made the reservation and paid for the rental. Budget put through an unauthorized charge for insurance, dated the day I returned the vehicle. They insisted I had signed for it, but kept sending a copy of an unsigned statement as proof. I asked 4 times for a copy of the signed agreement before they admitted they did not have it and reversed the charge.
