I had my furnace cleaned last year and and when they showed up one of my cats got out of where they were enclosed. I asked them to wait to start before I found him. Instead the other guy had the door wide open. I couldn't find him and they insisted in starting because they were on a "schedule". I then told them to clean up and we would reschedule. I ended up finding him in the meantime but the inconsideration was horrible.
Now that it is spring our A/C isn't working. I had our usually A/C company come in. They said the furnace was very very clean but there were wires disconnected from where they would have been cleaning. So in the end my Dealfind wasn't a great deal because we had to pay to get the wires re attached.
When I called to find out the exact date of when it was done I was told they have a new system and can't tell me but there should be a sticker on the furnace. And surprise surprise no sticker!!
Obviously the cleaning was done well but that is about it.
Took about 10 calls to actually get them to the house apparently a truck broke down. Then when they finally showed up they were in the house for about 20 mins. And after the $60 groupon deal it cost me another $143. The carpets were still stained and dirty. They are getting one star because you are not allowed to give zero.
