I want to go back, heck I didn't want to leave. I loved the atmosphere, the service was perfect, the food was to die for, I wish I had enough room left for dessert. The portions were more than reasonable...perfectly paired wines to food, this place didn't miss a beat, the perfect evening out!
Thanks to the all who made our evening out an experience that we will never forget!
Corkage is free on the first bottle at The Belvedere, one of Stephen Avenue’s most elegantly inviting restaurants. Long and lovely, this upscale spot has a velvety lounge vibe and beautifully presented, palette-pleasing food to match. Plan to pair a bottle (or two) with the Alberta AAA tenderloin beef Wellington with wild mushroom duxelle and foie gras.
Certain situations call for the kind of atmosphere where you can imagine big deals being made in velvet-upholstered booths over juicy steaks and glasses of premium Scotch. The old-school charm of the Belvedere adds a little gravitas to any business lunch, and its prix fixe lunch is hard to beat for both taste and price.
A highly decorated fine dining establishment, The Belvedere offers patrons two gourmet tasting menus. Choose its five-course menu with or without wine pairings, or if you have a bigger appetite, go for the seven-course chef’s tasting menu, again with optional wine pairing.
