I waited an hour for a chat agent re billing. The system said my wait time would be about 24 minutes--for chat! (They do not seem to offer phone support for anything.) That 24 eventually went down to 14:42, then started increasing again, rising above the original estimated 24. This process of lower wait time followed by higher wait times continued, occasiaonally interrupted by We apologize for the delay.
