Moksha is a great workout with lots of different sequences depending on the teacher - each class is different and can be a warm or hot room - bring a towel and lots of water - love moksha yoga studios - they are always so nice!
The hot yoga classes at Mosha Yoga are unique. Each instructor employs their own teaching method, and the classes are entertaining and fun. You can move at your own pace, though instructors always provide motivation. Mix it up a bit, and try a hot fusion class with a touch of yin.
Moksha Yoga is a series of postures practiced in a room that is set to a temperature of at least 40 C and at least 40 per cent humidity, and meant to replicate the climate in India. With our long winters, any excuse to spend time sweating is a welcome one. Cozy up and get your sweat on!
