If I can place a negative rating I would! Ive bought tools from here in the past scroll saw, sanders etc. I was looking for a dust collector that can help with our shop and was told by a gentlemen working in the belt sander area. Well what we have is what we sell and depends on applicationeyes rolled, shoulders shrugged .so we continued conversing my husband. The jerk just bother with us anymore and continued with the next customer. Never shopping here again!
Clean, neatly organized, reasonable prices. Still some bugs to work out of the computer system, but otherwise I've been pretty happy shopping there. I recommend checking them out.
I spoke with Jay and he was very knowledgeable and helped me find the best chop saw at the best price. Tge other staff were also very helpful and pleasant. I will be going back in the future.
Bought a Mityvac fluid dispencer on Mar 20, unit stopped working on Apr. 9. Brought it back to exchange within the 30 day return limit but was told that only applies if you dont use the tool and they are able to resell it. They told me that the unit does have a one year warranty from the manufacture and sent me over to chinook industrials. The people there were very helpful and told me that KMS should have just replaced the unit or at least contacted them themselves instead of sending me over. Anyway they told me to go back to KMS and if they won't exchange it to call Lincoln head office to confirm. Went back and they couldn't get a hold of head office so I am now still waiting for a response. Seems like I am doing all the legwork that should be done before hand to see what their warranty policies are.
