Terrible New Home buying experience. This feeling is echoed more than once in our area. Nice features, poor workmanship. Unprofessional, non responsive, very poor pride in workmanship overall. Please read and re-read everything and make sure you stay on top of any warranty work, do not deal directly with builder. Ensure you get everything in writing and signed off on. Ensure you have all your warranty work required well documented and copy your New Home Warranty Provider on EVERYTHING.
